In this course we teach stratagies for building strong EL programs which include evidence-based teaching and approaches in compliance with district and state mandates. We teach you how to develope PD’s that are based on relevancy to their context. We demonstrate proven methods that helps plan and improve instruction, teacher/staff-driven, interactive, hands on, applicable and sustainable over time.
The course is designed with engaging meaningful topics and activities to help teachers quickly and easily acquire the knowledge, skills and strategies necessary to help ELs to understand and become proficient in English. Techniques that are taught in this training course can be immediately reproduced in your classroom.
